The majority of the fleet, which had been sheltering in the wonderful natural harbour of Port Vila, Vanuatu, is now well on the way towards Mackay to join the early arrivals who are already there awaiting the arrival of Rally Director Peter Seymour on 3rd August.

From the comments in the fleet position reports, most are experiencing pleasant sailing conditions and the outlook for the next few days is favourable, which reinforces the rally's cruising ethic of 'wait till the weather improves'.
