Shenanigan, Misty and Vertigo are now safely in St Evette near Audierne, South Brittany. They spent last night in the Iles de Glenan. St Evette, is a useful place to rest up prior to sailing through the Raz de Sein and up through the Chenal du Four. From here the yachts will be able to time things carefully in order to reach the Raz exactly on slack water just as the tide starts to run North, Tomorrow slack water will be around 1.10pm (French time) so everyone should be leaving St Evette about two hours before this. St Evette has pleasant moorings but may become rolly in Southerly winds, however, with Northerlies forecast this is unlikely to happen - only problem is that they will be going North once through the Raz (tidal race) so we wish them a good trip... next stop will probably be L'Aberwrach on the North Brittany coast.
