As the fleet nears La Coruna, Murphy's Law rules and the wind has shifted from an ideal Easterly into the South West at 15-20 knots, slowing them all down considerably and giving most a lumpy ride as they approach the northern coast of Spain. Blue Magic has already arrived after a remarkably fast crossing and Caduceus and Finally are expected to arrive in port today where our on-site manager, Richard Bolt, awaits their arrival. At this mornings roll call the fleet was more widely spaced and some yachts were unable to report their positions, but no problems have been reported and morale is still high.
