It is said that bad news comes in threes - so here we are with the third withdrawal from the Biscay Triangle! Let us hope that it is the last. Graham and Yvonne Margetts (Bavaria 34 `Spirit of Bavaro')  have notified me that a colleague who was to have taken over management of his company while on the rally has suffered serious injuries in a recent car accident and is now unable to support them. This sadly means that Graham will be unable to participate in the rally and therefore we are down to 11 yachts.
