Entries for our next world rally – the Blue Water Rally 2009-11 are growing steadily and we expect to have over 30 yachts again next time.  Enquiries are at an all-time high and we already have 7 nationalities enrolled, including our first entry from Russia.

We always look for opportunities to improve support and variation along our well-established equatorial route.  During our planning for the Blue Water Rally 2009-11 we have felt that there was room for an additional stopover after Christmas 2010, not only increasing the interest of the event, but delaying our arrival in the Mediterranean towards a period of more settled spring weather.

We are, therefore, pleased to announce that we shall be adding a stopover at Cochin in India to the Blue Water Rally route.  Despite the circumstances which drove us to use Cochin once before (the effects of the tsunami in Sri Lanka), it proved at that time to be very popular with our crews.  We are sure it will prove to be a great success as an addition to our established route.  Dates will be published in due course, but there will be plenty of time for our usual high level of professional support and local tourism plus social events.
